A Little About Lisa’s Role

Lisa has been with Youable Emotional Health since January 2013, and has worked in human services  for over 20 years.  A SHRM-certified professional, she manages talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management, and strives to continuously enhance HR processes to drive organizational success and employee satisfaction.   She is passionate about Youable’s mission and fostering a positive workplace culture that promotes growth and inclusivity for all of our team members.  As a lifelong Minneapolis-area resident, she has dedicated her career to using her skills and abilities in support of those working towards benefitting our community.

When she is not working, Lisa enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her husband and their dog.
