A Little About Lisa’s Role

Lisa has been with Youable Emotional Health since January 2013, and has worked in human services  for over 20 years.  As Manager, Human Resources, she is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive workspace where employees can thrive while delivering critical mental health services to the community.  A SHRM-certified professional, she manages talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management, and strives to continuously enhance HR processes to drive organizational success and employee satisfaction.   She is passionate about Youable’s mission and fostering a positive workplace culture that promotes growth and inclusivity for all team members, and works to create an environment where team members feel valued, heard, and empowered to do their best work.  She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management and MNSHRM.  As a lifelong Minneapolis-area resident, she has dedicated her career to using her experience, skills and abilities in support of those working towards benefitting our community.

When she is not working, Lisa enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her husband and their dog.
