A Little About Grace’s Role

Grace joined the Youable Case Management team in August 2024. With a couple years of experience in the Human Resources field, specifically working with families and individuals ages 5-75 Grace is excited to continue working closely with clients to connect clients to resources that benefit them in her role at Youable. In this role, Grace plans to be a consistent source of support to clients, helping keep them emotionally safe and stable by providing resources and support, and being communicative so clients can have their questions answered as they arise.

Outside of work Grace loves to read and sew. She also enjoys time with her animas (two cats and a horse)!
