Children and Families
A healthy, supportive childhood is so important to a person’s development. But it can be difficult to navigate the best options for your child, especially when a mental health issue is involved. We were founded in 1970 to provide the mental health support that Twin Cities children didn’t have at the time, and we still focus our efforts on children, adolescents, and the family. Our team will recommend the best program for your family, but we always encourage you to learn about what we offer so you can know what’s available to you.
Babies and Toddlers
The first few years of a child’s life are the most important to ensure healthy relationships later. Our Infant Home Visiting and Family Spirit programs serve new parents who may be struggling with the natural difficulties of becoming new parents.

Family life can be difficult whether someone in your family has a mental health issue or not. We understand that the strength and health of the family unit is fundamental to everyone in it, which is why we offer therapy for the entire family and include it as part of some of our other programs.
