A Little About Cadi’s Role

Cadi joined Youable in February, 2020, and has worked in human services for over 20 years.  As Director, Revenue Operations, she works to ensure the financial sustainability of the organization while prioritizing accessible, high-quality mental health care for our community.  With a strong background in sales, revenue cycle management, billing, and financial strategy, she leads efforts to optimize funding streams, improve operational efficiency, and advocate for equitable reimbursement policies.  She collaborates closely with clinical and administrative teams to remove financial barriers for clients and support the organization’s mission.  She is dedicated to making mental health services more affordable and available to those in our community who need it most.

Outside of work, Cadi enjoys spending time with her three children, shopping, reading, walking around the lake, binging Netflix programs, and spending time with friends and family.
