Could you be our next new Board Member?
We are seeking new Board members who are passionate about emotional wellbeing and community impact, have experience with or are knowledgeable about nonprofit Boards, and can bring insights and connections to strengthen our agency and guide our strategy.
Board members are volunteers serving 2-year renewable terms and participate in virtual quarterly Board meetings and monthly Committee meetings, and an in-person annual retreat. Board members are willing to actively engage their networks to support Youable’s growth.
Ideal Board candidates will have experience and expertise in one or more of the following areas: mental health, clinical programming, social work, community services, nonprofit law, strategic revenue growth, and behavioral health contract and payer management.
